We have a riparian area on our property which attracts lots of frogs but lots of toads. This year I caught hundreds of cane toad tadpoles by setting the trap next to the swarming cane toad tadpoles. In previous years our property would be covered in hundreds of small cane toads at the beginning of summer and we would spend hours trying to catch them. Now we can fight them at the source hundreds at a time. Best product ever!

We bought the product after we saw our pond full off tadpoles. 1 bait and we caught them all. Great product.

We created a frog pond and the cane toads came. I thought we'd removed all their eggs, but we had tadpoles soon after.

Great product, we set a trap in both our dams. After a week of resetting the traps daily, the tadpoles are all but gone.

It's amazing, putting the trap with the bait inside send the toadpoles into a frenzy, they line up to get into the trap once the flume starts to take efffct

The trap works extremely well, I am really impressed by the results. The rangers in the cave systems at Chillagoe mentioned the traps as part of the guided tour and how effective they were at managing the population of toads. Two immersions have removed almost all the tadpoles easily and efficiently, the rest we are hand netting out- which is how we used to manage the toads, a long and not very effective process. We did lose a few fish who managed to get in (we have mollies and guppies) but as we have several hundred in the pond it isn't a major problem and the its the only reason I didn't give the product 5 stars.

Thank you so much for the prompt delivery of the traps, which I purchased from you. I am in the process of reestablishing native vegetation along the banks of Sandy Creek which borders our property . As this area is the commencement of the creek and of great environmental significance, I have been well supported by both Scenic Rim Regional Council ( supplied 350 plants) and Tamborine Mountain Landcare ( conducted weed eradication). I am keen to encourage and protect our local wildlife and so I purchased your traps, hoping to eradicate the cane toad population in this area. Over the last few years of observing and catching only a few this season, I do believe that luckily we do not have that many. As it is so late in the season and becoming colder, I have not had the opportunity to use the traps and after closer inspection, the Tadpoles ( which I caught and feared were toads) were the Great Barred Frog of which we have thousands.
The Traps are of sturdy construction. The information pamphlet is easy to follow and I'm looking forward to using them next season. Thank you for giving us greater opportunities to help our beautiful environment in which we are privileged to live.

Great product works like a fly trap some people don't relize how many toads can breed its bizarre first time our new dam filled up 6 years ago the toads were having a party mating I have even seen them mating with dead toads ribbon comes out of them with baby's 2 to 3 meters long what does that tell you diver shags birds are the only predator to tad poles I know they will breed with enormous amounts thanks for people's resources that we can slow them down and our dogs and nature might be saved I have been looking for a product like this one but it's only a start maybe need a 44 gallon drum as a trap thanks for your trap it works great lure

I recently bought the cane toad tadpole trap which came with 5 lures. The process is simple and the instructions are clear and easy to understand. I was impressed and horrified at how many cane toad tadpoles I trapped over a 5 day period. It felt good to do such a simple and inexpensive thing to help the environment. I will be using this process again.
